Item upgrade problem Empty Item upgrade problem

Hi guys, whenever i upgrade some item "Nuture"  i get huge lag .. I want to ask is that some  bug or it's from connection?

its same to all players after nurturing even with just a piece, it'll lag abit after closing the Nurture tab but goes back to normal
